Joey BadA$$ Links With The NBA To Shoot New Video “Victory”
Brooklyn rapper/actor Joey BadA$$ is teaming up with the NBA to film the music video for his new song “Victory,” which will drop February 15.
“Victory,” which is a love letter to basketball, is part a collaboration between the NBA and Mountain Dew during NBA All-Star weekend 2017.
The video, as well as other events hosted by Mountain Dew and the NBA will take place in a space designed and run by Brooklyn-based creative house, The Madbury Club.
In addition to Joey BadA$$, Kanye West’s manager Don C. will release a capsule collection with the NBA through his luxury sportswear brand, JustDon.
“Growing up in Chicago idolizing the greats from the game, the NBA has always been a source style and inspiration for me – for my first pair sneakers to seeing the players walked down the tunnel on game days,” Don C. told AllHipHop.com in a statement. “With this collection, I am excited to creatively expand on the ever present inspiration the players, style icons and fans through my designs.”
TheDon C for DEWxNBA limited edition line will be released later this year.
