Damon Albarn and Jamie Hewlett have found a way to keep their followers engaged for 15 years now thanks to their post-modern British virtual band Gorillaz. After a five year hiatus, they released their fifth studio album Humanz in 2017, which fans could not have been more excited about.

A year later, Gorillaz listeners are in for yet another surprise, as the group has announced a new album inspired by what is happening right now, and the group’s experiences over the last year. The new album is set to be released on June 29, and it is aptly named The Now Now.

In addition to releasing the full track list for the album, the group has announced their very first U.S. Demon Dayz event, which is set to take place in Los Angeles on October 20th. Featured artists and groups included DRAM, Erykah Badu, and The Internet among others.

Fans can purchase tickets beginning on June 8 here.
