Innovators over at Skin Motion, LLC in Los Angeles have developed a technology that could completely change the tattoo game.
Starting in June this year, the company will be taking appointments for customers to have sound waves tattooed on their skin. This product, called Soundwave Tattoos, will be readable by an accompanying free app that scans the tattoo and plays the audio the customer had selected.
People have been questioning the legitimacy the idea, so the owner and founder the Skin Motion technology, Nate Siggard, helped put the rumors to rest with the following video.
Their website explains more how the concept is executed:
For those wanting to hear a loved one’s voice or play a piece their favorite songs, Soundwave Tattoos could be the next step in tattooing technology.
