Solange Knowles forced to cancel Coachella appearance due to 'production delays'

“Major production delays” have caused Solange Knowles to cancel both of her Coachella appearances, according to a Tweet from Goldenvoice/Coachella. Rolling Stone, who reported to the news, attempted to reach both the festival and Knowles’ camp for further commentary, but received none. “She sends her sincerest apologies, and looks forward to performing at Coachella in the future,” concluded the statement.

The festival was going to be a huge date for the singer, whose new album When I Get Home was the first she’d released in three years. It was released at the beginning of March, 2019.
