Skream releases 'Song For Olivia', announces open-to-close tour
Skream‘s latest “Song For Oli” is pure euphoria. The disco-inspired tune, out now on Ministry of Sound, brims with nostalgia, uplifting listeners with soaring, retro synth harmonies and soothing bass. Not only does it put the producer’s roots on proud display, but it effectively captures the joy he clearly feels for Oli, his youngest child that inspired the track’s title. It’s the perfect end-of-summer piece and quite the antithesis to “Otto’s Chant,” Skream’s last production with Michael Bibi. Quite the versatile artist, Oliver Jones is.
Alongside “Song For Oli” comes news of the icon’s latest tour, which is shaping up to be one of his most expansive undertakings to date. The run consists entirely of open-to-close sets, and sees Skream embarking on a journey spanning from Poland to Los Angeles. See more information here.
