Melbourne to get another 24-hour venue with dedicated club and band rooms
Looks like accomodation needs for travellers heading to Melbourne keeps getting less and less relevant with the announce of another 24-hour club for the Victorian state.
Opening next month will be ‘Colour’, a 300-capacity venue with dedicated club and band rooms with both Nexo and Funktion-One sound-systems respectively. It’ll be in safe hands as well being managed by local crews Lounge, 6AM At The Garage, Lucid and Something Unlimited according to Resident Advisor.
Those wanting to give it a boogie anytime of the day or night might be familiar with the space being previously the Yours&Mine spot on Queensbury St on the CBDs outskirts pictured above.
How you do launch a 24-hour club? Well, one hell of a night come October 3rd with András, Sui Zhen, Noise In My Head, Lori and Interstellar Fugitives playing across the entire venue with monthly programming by promoters including Red Bull and Dance Flaws hosting nights following that.
Huzzah for more late night spots!
