Movement Festival announces first wave of artists for 19th edition

Movement Festival, Detroit’s iconic techno celebration, has announced its first wave of performers for the 2025 edition at the historic Hart Plaza during Memorial Day Weekend.

Carl Cox will headline with an exclusive hybrid-live performance at the riverside stage. The lineup continues with Anfisa Letyago, Carl Craig, Chase & Status, DJ Gigola, DJ Minx, DJ Nobu, Ela Minus, HiTech, Jamie xx, John Summit, Klangkuenstler, Marcel Dettmann, Patrick Topping, Sama’ Abdulhadi, and Sammy Virji.

Now in its 19th year, Movement has evolved from a local Detroit gathering into an international techno destination, showcasing the city’s enduring influence on electronic music.
