Adam Port, Stryv and Malachiii reunite for ‘Move’ follow-up, ‘Positions’

If their previous collaboration is any indication, Adam Port, Stryv, and Malachiii may already have an early contender for song of the summer. Their new single, “Positions,” is the highly anticipated follow-up to their breakout hit “Move,” and it’s primed to become one of this season’s defining anthems.

“Positions” was one of the standout IDs from Keinemusik‘s Coachella set at the Sahara stage and has been igniting crowds across the globe. Adam Port – a core member of the Keinemusik collective – has long been at the forefront of the afro house boom these past few years. Paired once again with rising talent Stryv and multi-talented songwriter and vocalist Malachiii, the trio proves to be a dynamic force to be reckoned with.

“The chemistry with us three has always been strong,” said Stryv, adding, “It was cool to be back with Adam and Malachiii for another track.” For his part, Malachiii echoed the sentiment saying “‘Move’ was such an amazing moment last summer. We had top run it back this summer with ‘Positions’.”

Move” needs no introduction, but it’s nearly impossible to overestimate just what a massive hit it’s become. In under a year, it achieved over a billion streams, turning into a staple on the club and festival circuit. Its runaway success even drew the attention of global superstar Camila Cabello, who delivered a rework of the record that helped further cement it as one of the biggest songs of 2024.
