Swiss electronic duo Adriatique has just released their new single ‘Changing Colors’, featuring Solique. The track is now available via X Recordings.
Adriatique, renowned for their percussion-heavy melodic techno, have composed a five-minute track that intertwines rhythmic instrumental patterns with airy undertones, accentuated by Also Astir’s vocals. The song is characterized by evolving slow-burn builds and sophisticated breaks.
Adriatique made up of Adrian Shala and Adrian Schweizer, is recognized for their innovative sound and releases on labels such as Afterlife, Rose Avenue, and Diynamic. They’ve solidified their status with remixes for major artists like Swedish House Mafia and Elderbook. Their label, X Recordings, launched in 2023 with ‘The Future Is Unknown’. ‘Changing Colors’ is its fourth release, following the ‘Horizon’ EP featuring Undercatt and ‘The Echo’ with The Element MT.
Solique, a German duo, draws from 90s house and techno. Their music, released on labels like Innervisions, LIFEFORMS, Applied Magic, and MoBlack, has garnered support from influential acts like Dixon, Âme, Black Coffee, and Agoria.
