AEG Announces A New Initiative Aiming To Decrease Carbon Foot-Prints Resulted From Gigs

AEG’s latest initiative is called “Climate Positive Touring” which aims to decrease carbon footprints resulting from gigs and venues. 

The initiative will now work towards educating venues about the environmental issues to ultimately encourage them to work towards implying their knowledge into practice. 

“AEG Presents has the ability and structure to make a global impact in moving our entire business – which has had a traditionally significant carbon footprint – toward a zero-emissions future,” said Jay Marciano, the Chairman and the CEO of AEG Presents and COO of AEG. 

The new initiative will work on analyzing data collected from surveys and studies.
