AlphaTheta, Pioneer DJ’s parent company, has launched its first rotary mixer. The innovative AlphaTheta Euphonia comes with an introductory price of £3,249.
The Japan-based company describes the Euphonia as an exceptional rotary mixer with a display. This four-channel mixer features specially designed rotary faders and built-in send FX, making it a game-changer in the industry.
The Euphonia does not compromise on sound quality, boasting 32-bit A/D and D/A converters that enhance the sound. Additionally, it features 96kHz/64bit floating point mixing processing operations in its Digital Signal Processing (DSP).
AlphaTheta’s Head of DJ Product Planning, Yuji Murai, commented on the launch, saying, “The Euphonia is designed for all types of DJs, whether they have always used a rotary mixer or prefer a line fader, but care about the sound quality and feel of their mixes. We believe the Euphonia offers a superior experience for both.”
Last year, AlphaTheta acquired Serato, but both Pioneer DJ and Serato continue to operate as separate brands.
