Anti Up reliably release another dance floor dominator, 'Right Now'

Chris Lake and Chris Lorenzo convene under their collaborative Anti Up alias for a fresh new standalone showing, “Right Now.” The tune is a stirring extension of the distinctive, off-the-wall brand of house music signature to Anti Up, apparent on past productions, as well, such as “Hey Pablo” and the highly lauded “Pizza,” perpetually permeating through club speakers.

Characteristic of Anti Up’s style, a looping vocal comprises much of “Right Now’s” sonic foundation. So, too, does a briskly paced beat that cooly ascends, and a break down that centralizes a crisp, pulsating bass line. Well-poised for regular club rotation, “Right Now” further illustrates the inventive nature of Anti Up’s approach to underground sound as it directs listeners straight to the dance floor.
