ATLiens raise the bar for originality in absurd new single 'BRAINWASHED'

Love them or hate them, ATLiens are without a doubt one of the most consistently unique and innovative acts in bass music. The anonymous masked duo has seen massive success from their latest EP Ghost Planet and its respective remix album that featured the likes of Luca Lush, Pierce, WARZ, and more, as well as their latest slew of singles with ‘Meltdown‘ and Black Tiger Sex Machine collaboration ‘Frequencies‘. Now, they’re back with arguably their most experimental piece to date: ‘BRAINWASHED’.

‘BRAINWASHED’ is insanity in the best way possible. Its opening—a horrific monologue detailing brainwashing and manipulation in the modern world—is effective in stirring tension and discomfort among its listeners. The first drop overflows with wicked sound design and high frequency hits, followed by a second drop that only gets grittier. ‘BRAINWASHED’ is terrifying, exciting, and exceptionally creative.
