BTS connect with Zara and Mura Masa for 'A Brand New Day'

As the excitement around BTS‘ new mobile game, BTS World, grows, the South Korean sensations continue to release music for their upcoming album, BTS World: Original Soundtrack. The latest single from the soundtrack is entitled “A Brand New Day,” and it features Swedish vocalist Zara with production from the UK’s Mura Masa.

Mura Masa is known for imbuing his productions with organic elements like flutes and tuned percussion combined with synthetic beats; brought together by an inherent understanding of rhythm. With this solid foundation, the superstar septet and Zara’s vocals cruise along the groove with ease.

“A Brand New Day” is the second single released from the upcoming soundtrack album for BTS World, which is due out June 28. The first was the Charli XCX collaboration, “Dream Glow.” This album release comes on the heels of their previous album, Map of the Soul: Persona, which just came out this past April.

The game, according to a press release from the group, will put players in the role of BTS’ manager prior to their ascension into the limelight. Their goal will be to guide the group to their current level of stardom. BTS World will launch globally just before the album on June 26, with pre-registration open now.
