Calvin Harris puts Hollywood Hills mansion up for sale for a cool $5.75 million

Superstar producer Calvin Harris is making moves—quite literally—having put his luxury recording studio-equipped home on the market just 16 months after buying it. The Hollywood Hills estate has gone through its fair share of owners in the music business, passing through Bong Load Records owner Tom Rothrock to EDM giant Steve Angello, and most recently to Harris, who bought it from Angello in late December 2017. Now, the home is up for sale again, and it’ll only set you back a cool $6 million.

Built in the 1940’s and restored with modern characteristics, the 6000 square-foot two-story space boasts four bedrooms, six bathrooms, and other luxurious living areas including an intricately-decorated living room, wet bar, kitchen, office, and lounge. The living room’s 18-foot ceiling reveals breathtaking views of the city scenery. Other highlights include outdoor pool and shower, and a spacious deck on the main floor. During Angello’s residence, the Swedish DJ converted the second floor into a state-of-the-art recording studio.

Harris is listing his home at $5.75 million or a $25,000 per month lease. Since 2013, the value of the residence has climbed almost $2 million from the $3.9 million that Angello bought it for. The “Giant” producer recently announced a summer residency at USHUAÏA IBIZA and a headlining performance Saturday at this year’s Creamfields, ending a considerable festival hiatus.
