Danny Howard launches 'next chapter' of Nothing Else Matters imprint with Eli & Fur collaboration
After taking a nearly year-long hiatus from his Nothing Else Matters imprint, Danny Howard has revived the label with the release of “If You Were,” featuring Eli & Fur.
Howard called the new release the “start of the next chapter” for Nothing Else Matters, saying in a tweet that he’s “so excited take this label in a new direction of quality underground, straight up club music. I’m feeling proud as fuck to be launching with the amazing Eli & Fur. More music info soon. NEM IS BACK.”
“If You Were” is a simmering late-summer heater, primed for dance floors across the globe. The BBC Radio 1 tastemaker is undoubtedly back in full force, and this new collaboration is living proof.
According to a press release, releases on the label from artists like Kill Frenzy, Gerd Janson, Waze & Odyssey, Alex Metric, and more are also in the works.
Honestly I’m all kinds of buzzing right now!! Label relaunch today, radio 1 show tonight, a sick weekend of gigs coming up. Please accept this tweet as a communal hug from me 😘😘. HAPPY FRIDAY ❤️❤️❤️
