Dave Clarke marks 30-year techno legacy with ‘Archive One’ reissue

Dave Clarke marks his 30-year career with a reissue of his ‘Red’ series  and ‘Archive One’ album. The limited edition box set, released via Skint/BMG, includes remastered tracks, colored vinyl singles, remixes, a signed photo, and a booklet by the artist himself.

For the first time, the ‘Red’ series and ‘Archive One,’ originating from the late 80s, are available in digital format. These works celebrate his collaborations with labels such as XL Recordings and R&S, and his own label, Magnetic North.

‘Archive One,’ Clarke’s debut album, is a unique mix of techno, electro, and breakbeat, reflecting the 90s rave scene. Despite being unavailable for over 20 years, these influential works play a key role in British techno’s global emergence.

This reissue highlights Clarke’s dedication to innovation and his lasting influence. Often referred to as ‘The Baron Of Techno’, Clarke’s eclectic remix portfolio includes Fontaines DC, Depeche Mode, The Chemical Brothers, and New Order.
