Despite The Government “Roadmap” UK Summer Festivals Might Be Canceled

Despite the recent news of starting the execution of the so-called government’s “roadmap” to get back to the old normal, there is a chance that some gigs might not join due to lack of financial support.

June 21-st being the date for lifting all the restrictions and resuming back to the old normal some events will not join them. The small businesses which were highly affected by the lockdown report that they need a financial push from the government; otherwise, they can’t re-open since the insurance companies have turned their backs on the businesses. 

Take the four days Shambala Festival, for instance, the gig was recently pushed to an uncertain date. While the Association Of Independent Festivals has pinpointed that over 90% of the organization’s members will probably cancel their events if they don’t receive the needed support.
