EDC unveils 'kineticZEN' theme for 2020 – EDM All Day

Mindfulness is an important, yet often overlooked topic in the music space, where chaos tends to rule over stability. Even as a casual consumer, it remains easy to get caught up in the stereotypical “lifestyle” and have trouble finding balance. Pasquale Rotella has thus decided to do his part bring mindfullness to the forefront through EDC Las Vegas‘ 2020 theme: kineticZEN

“In our hyperconnected world, it’s easy to get distracted from making time to care for our minds, our bodies, and things that feed the soul,” expressed Rotella when introducing the theme. “In 2019, we harnessed the collective intensity of our culture at the kineticFIELD when we debuted kineticENERGY. This year, we celebrate mindfulness with kineticZEN.”

No plans have been released as of yet that outline how EDC will manifest a sense of “Zen” within its technicolor grounds. However, with the full Speedway set to be used for the 2020 edition, the added space certainly allows room for dedicated “zen” or chillout zones.
