Emdey Teams Up With Lena Sue for Energetic Single “Medicine”

The German producer and DJ Emdey has once again teamed up with Lena Sue to release the follow-up single to their last collaboration “Karma.” With their newest single “Medicine” the German-American singer and songwriter proves once again why her voice is reminiscent of Dua Lipa or Ava Max edgy and soulful at the same time, but always original. The up-tempo track comes around the corner with a good dose of good humor, you can’t help but move to the beats of Emdey in combination with the unique voice of Lena Sue, the two deliver a flawless dance track, which should not be missing on any EDM-Playlist.

“Working with Lena Sue on “karma” was such a pleasure. So we decided to hit the studio once more. We hope you like our newest single as much as we loved working on it.” – Emdey

In terms of content, the new song deals with a relationship that has fallen apart – so the lyrics are actually in contrast to the good mood vibes that the track radiates due to the production. It is often very difficult in a relationship to admit to yourself that your partner is not the right one, you look for the fault in yourself (“You made me doubt myself! I’m thinking what the hell”) until you reach the moment when you can see clearly again (“Finally the fog above my head is lifting! I can see you clearly now my vision’s shifting!”) and are finally able to conclude and can only smile at the person opposite you and simply wish that he or she could at least feel what has been done to you “Wish I could give a taste of your own damn MEDICINE!”. “M edicine”is out now on all mayor streaming platforms.
