Exclusive: KAAZE reminisces on classical rock with Maddix & Nino Lucarelli on "People Are Strange" – EDM All Day
Hailed for his expertise as one of progressive’s most admired residents, Swedish producer KAAZE is ceremoniously nearing the revelation of his 12-track freshman album, Dreamchild. Chaperoned by a group of enamoring singles that include “Devil Inside Me” with KSHMR and Karra, “I Should Have Walked Away” and most recently “Chain Me Up,” KAAZE’s Dreamchild has spawned perhaps its most desired title from its tracklisting before the big release this Friday. Accompanied by fellow Revealed Recordings label mate, Maddix, in addition to Nino Lucarelli, who makes a sizable five appearances throughout the album, KAAZE is bestowing the triumvirate’s long-awaited collaboration, “People Are Strange.”
Retaining the album’s corroboration towards KAAZE’s alt-rock and classical influences from his childhood, “People Are Strange” affirms for the listener that the forecast for the Swede’s debut project is assuredly modest with its acoustic-driven composition and compelling progressive nature. “People Are Strange” breathes an electronic soul into The Doors’ 1967 rock classic, as KAAZE and Maddix instill a blistering vitality in the company of Lucarelli’s laudable vocal rendering that the late Jim Morrison would take pride in.
‘Dreamchild‘ will officially be available everywhere this Friday and “People Are Strange” is available to stream now, exclusively through EDM All Day.
