First Listen: ORIENTAL CRAVINGS bring streamers speaker booming bass on 'Spitfire'

ORIENTAL CRAVINGS make a high-octane outing with “Spitfire,” a bass laden speaker blaster that sees the Australian electronic duo join forces with hip-hop entity, Reams. ORIENTAL CRAVINGS outfit “Spitfire” with thunderous ascents that mount, only to collapse in momentous drops that delve into gritty dubstep territory. Reams’ fervently spat verses add an adrenaline spiking quality to the forcible cut.

The name is derived from the energy from both the bass elements and REAMS’ verses, [which] fly through the song like Spitfire, the British single-seat fighter aircraft used by the Royal Air Force

“Spitfire” represents ORIENTAL CRAVINGS’ first foray into the hip-hop/electronic hybrid form. Evidently, when a sonically assertive final product is the goal, ORIENTAL CRAVINGS and Reams are the synergistic musical dream team sure to bring it to fruition.
