Frank Ocean announced a pair of new singles, “Dear April” and “Cayendo” in October 2019 after the vinyl listings for both tracks appeared on his Blonded site. The Blonde singer then teased the two unreleased tracks at his club night PrEP+ debut, showcasing a Justice remix of “Dear April” and a Sango remix of “Cayendo.” Now, the full physical copies have reached their first set of ears following initial vinyls shipments on March 25.
The 7” vinyl editions will feature the original acoustic versions as well as their respective B-side remixes. Ocean has not yet stated whether the singles will be released digitally or made available for streaming.
The vinyl-exclusive singles are preceded by “In My Room” and “DHL,” the latter of which was co-produced by Boys Noize. Ocean is slated to headline both weekends of Coachella in October.
