The festival recently announced the addition of over 30 new artists to its lineup, including AMANDUS 99 & DANZINGER 99, Aroma Pitch, A Song For You, Bashkka, and Byron Yeates. The roster also features Eris Drew, fka.m4a, Funk Assault, and live performances from Schwefelgelb and Vegyn.
Standout acts include Sampha, Grammy-nominated Jayda G, as well as Sega Bodega and Vegyn, who will be making their German debut at MELT 2024, showcasing their new material.
This year’s lineup spans from techno to rap, indie rock to hyper-pop, and neo-soul. The Big Wheel stage will feature fresh beats from artists like Soft Crash, Funk Assault, SITA, and MARRØN, while other stages will host performances from Eris Drew, DJ Spit, Sedef Adasi, and more.
The lineup concludes with an array of talents, such as A Song For You, Jasper Tygner, Kaeto, and Ultraflex, presenting the best of indie rock, hyper-pop, R’n’B, psychedelic, and hip-hop.
MELT 2024 upholds the festival’s tradition of blending off-pop and electronic music. Festival director Florian Czok stated, “MELT is unique in the German festival scene, perfectly balancing off-pop and electronic music.”
