Good Morning Mix: Fisher drops off debut Essential Mix

Throughout an artist’s career, there are many signs indicating whether they’re building to be a consistent musical force or just another flash in the pan. One of the most promising signs for a burgeoning artist is receiving an invitation to craft an Essential Mix. The latest invitee is the lovable Aussie producer FISHER, who stopped by the BBC for a couple hours of house.
In the first hour, FISHER shares a playlist of songs that have personally inspired him, including works by the likes of Patrick Topping and Maceo Plex. A track list with more of FISHER’s original work closes out the mix, most notably featuring some of his unreleased tracks.
