Good Morning Mix: listen to Dubfire ignite Sound Club before he returns to the LA Viaduct

SCI + TEC owner Dubfire has had a heavy 2019 on the tour front. He’s already traveled around half the globe it seems, with recent stops in Jamaica, Canada, and Lebanon. On top of all of that, he made waves with former collaborator Sharam in reviving their legendary Deep Dish project for a one-off gig at Coachella. An interview with the Washington Post points to more plans in the future for the big reunion.

In the meantime, Dubfire will make his way back to the American West Coast with a notable LA performance at the Viaduct. The unique, urban venue nestled beneath train tracks in the city center makes for a fitting place for the icon to stretch his creative wings for an extended set.

Before the action unfolds, we look back to another notable performance of his at Sound in Hollywood; the maestro took the decks for a six hour adventure through minimal, house, and techno that worked the crowded floor with ease. The set was thankfully recorded, making for top tier material to play for an energized start to the day.

Last-minute tickets to Dubfire’s Viaduct show are available here.
