Good Morning Mix: rinsing Daft Punk's iconic Coachella set 'One More Time'

Good Morning Mix: rinsing Daft Punk’s iconic Coachella set ‘One More Time’

Coachella Weekend One is nearing its commencement date of April 12. Without fail, the incoming festivities always give a welcome excuse to visit one of the most historic performances at the festival, and possibly the world: Daft Punk at the main stage in 2006. It’s impossible to forget the stunning and groundbreaking pyramid setup used at the time to manifest their multicolored reality, nor the medley of their biggest hits and other gems that were so expertly mixed together in conjunction with the visuals. The performance would also be one of the elusive French duo’s last ever, as they notably haven’t taken to the road since.

Without further ado, it’s time to revisit this iconic showing in video form—albeit, a bit on the grainy side.
