Hernan Cattaneo and Danny Howells went all night at Koko London

A special evening with the iconic DJs.

On May 25th, Koko London hosted a memorable date with two electronic music references, Hernan Cattaneo and Danny Howells, who went all night to deliver an exciting experience for all attendees.

The show started at 10 PM at the fully refurbished Camdem theater with Danny Howells, the British globetrotter and animal rights defender, recognized by some colleagues as “the DJ’s DJ,” and with previous releases in renowned labels such as Bedrock Records, Global Underground,  and Selador.  He warmed up the night with selected house and deep house cuts, that kept the groove in an ascending mood.  As usual, Danny was receptive and amicable with the public who rapidly filled the two-floor venue,  playing some tracks such as JayCamel’s ‘Keep Boom (Joaquin Koen Remix),’  and Bobby D’Ambrosio & Michelle Weeks’s ‘The Day (Alaia & Gallo Remix)’.

The midnight came and it was the turn of South American icon  Hernan Cattaneo, as soon as he came to the booth, his worldwide followers came closer making the temperature rise on the dancefloor. With a career that extends to over 20 years and numerous successful projects including his label Sudbeat (who runs with Graziano Raffa), the massive outdoor event Sunsetstrip, and a busy gigs agenda, Hernan is one of the most recognizable faces in the electronic music scene.  The Argentinean DJ  brought his progressive and house sounds to Koko’s floor stretching the musical euphoria.  A few tracks that we recognized were  BP’s ‘Suppose We Are’ and  Frankey & Sandrino’s ‘Memories’.

With an animated crowd, Hernan and Danny closed the night with a 2-hour back-to-back session full of laughs, applauses,  and recognition from their loyal fans and visitors. It was a meaningful moment to be immersed with these two legends, who have given their life to promote excellence and professionalism as global DJs.

Soon we hope to repeat this dancing session alongside this couple of special artists.
