After a mighty long down period, Sydney is well and truly back with a staggering amount of parties and promoters doing their thing. Honestly, there’s a huge selection of house, techno, electronica, drum and bass and even trance parties kicking off left, right and centre if you know where to look.

While there will always be dance music fans switched on to the latest, it’s easy to miss certain crews, DJs and spots doing their best to bring people together on dancefloors. In an effort to highlight the resurging dance music scene we’ve teamed up with finger-on-the-pulse Facebook page ‘House and Techno Sydney’ or more lovingly known as, HATS.

Each week they pull together parties from across Sydney and sometimes greater NSW. They also drop in their picks of the weekend with a little spiel on exactly why which adds a nice personal touch.
