Kid Cudi brings out Kanye West during his Coachella set
As if Ye’s Easter Sunday Service wasn’t already enough to satisfy the masses, Coachella‘s second weekend continued to check all the boxes including a surprise appearance by Kanye West during Kid Cudi’s Coachella set. The duo performed tracks from their collaborative Kids See Ghosts project, including “Reborn” and “Ghost Town” while also slipping in “Father Stretch My Hands Pt. 1” from Ye’s The Life of Pablo. Other bonuses during Cudi’s Coachella performance include special appearances by Ty Dolla $ign and 070 Shake and a tribute song dedicated to Nipsey Hussle and Mac Miller.
Ye and Cudi formed Kids See Ghosts and released their eponymous debut album in 2018. Cudi’s last solo album Passion, Pain & Demon Slayin’ came out in 2016; he has since confirmed work on his forthcoming LP and projected its release sometime in 2019. Watch clips of the duo performing below.
