Kygo announces massive NYC performance, UTOPIA, assisted by Cirque du Soleil, Kiiara, and more
It has been more than a year since Kygo descended upon NYC, selling out Barclays Center in May of 2018. Though for his upcoming return to the Big Apple this summer, he’s pulling out all the stops for a production unlike anything the tropical hit-maker has ever done before. Kygo will debut a new live concept, UTOPIA, on June 30 at one of New York’s largest venues, the Jacob Javits Center.
Kygo has commanded some prestigious stage moments in the past, from his performance at the Nobel Peace Prize presentation in 2015 to the Olympics closing ceremony in Rio de Janeiro, though UTOPIA looks primed to outdo them all. The event’s supporting cast includes a full orchestra, as well as performances by Cirque du Soleil, Kiiara, Jhart, Danny Verde, Leomeo, and more special guests.
Pre-sale registration is open now and tickets officially go on sale on Monday, June 10th at KygoNYC.com. Those that register for pre-sale will be entered into a drawing to win artist passes and a meet and greet with the “It Aint Me” producer ahead of the show. Best of all, the net proceeds from UTOPIA will benefit charities Stonewall Gives Back Initiative, LIFEBeat, and Trevor Project.
