Lil Nas X drops star-studded music video for 'Old Town Road' featuring Billy Ray Cyrus, Diplo, Rico Nasty, and more

Lil Nas X‘s viral hit “Old Town Road” has finally received a music video, or rather, a movie, which premiered Friday, May 17. The country rapper made no qualms about assembling the star-power for the “Old Town Road” movie which is laden with A-listers, from Diplo, Chris Rock, Rico Nasty to Haha Davis, Vince Staples, Jozzy, and Young Kio. The Billboard No. 1 recently got a remix treatment from Diplo who has set his sights on his own country project. The EDM star also brought out Lil Nas X and Billy Ray Cyrus for his closing Stagecoach performance.

The Calmatic-directed music video chronicles the journey of X as he is transported into present day Old Town Road after climbing through a time-warp tunnel. The cowboy-clad rapper dance battles, horse-races, and stumbles into the town hall with Cyrus in an entertaining clash of old “Old Town Road” and new “Old Town Road”. Watch the full video below:
