Madeon shares new single in vinyl form in only four cities around the world
It has been a hectic 24 hours for devoted followers of Hugo Pierre Leclercq, better known as Madeon. After a near three year silence from any original music, the Frenchman began to update the images across his entire social media presence earlier this week and fans were more than suspicious that an announcement was impending. That suspicion quickly proved to be accurate after Madeon shared a photo on late Tuesday afternoon of a billboard he put up in Los Angeles that read ‘GOODFAITH.WORLD‘.
As people began to read between the lines that it was directing them to a web address, Madeon already had a message waiting for them. The soon-to-be 25-year-old unveiled that “This is the start of the Good Faith Era” and that he would be releasing his long-awaited comeback single on Wednesday “in the real world.” Early Wednesday morning, the cryptic website was updated with addresses in four cities around the world including Los Angeles, New York City, Alesund, and Nantes. Two vinyls at each location were left for those who could get there early enough to search and claim to get an exclusive first listen at Madeon’s upcoming single, “All My Friends”.
“All My Friends” will officially be available for the rest of the world to experience on Friday, May 31st but one fan was able to record a preview of the single at the New York record store.
