Nine Inch Nails share first track from upcoming ‘Tron: Ares’ soundtrack

‘As Alive As You Need Me To Be’ leads the release ahead of October film premiere.

Nine Inch Nails have shared ‘As Alive As You Need Me To Be’, the first track from their forthcoming soundtrack to ‘Tron: Ares’. The song appears in the newly released trailer for the next chapter of the sci-fi franchise.

The full score is set for release via Interscope Records on September 19th, 2025, ahead of the film’s theatrical debut on October 10th, 2025, This marks the first official soundtrack credited to Nine Inch Nails, although members Trent Reznor and Atticus Ross have previously composed numerous film scores together, including ‘Empire Of Light’, ‘The Killer’, ‘Queer’, and ‘Challengers’.
