American electronic duo ODESZA has returned from a four-year stretch to release a ridiculously soulful jam dubbed “The Last Goodbye” featuring a 60s blues hall of famer.

Rome wasn’t built in a day and neither was this track with the original by Bettye LaVette stripped down and rebuilt from the ground up. The almost six-minute track features “fusing cinematic sweeping synths” and ultra-smooth chords in oh so good ODESZA fashion.

The accompanying visualiser below really helps bring out the feels with a wash of soft yet moody lights spun around the tracks forever bubbling moves.
