Paraleven shares second melodic house EP alongside Lane 8 tour support announcement – EDM All Day
One of Lane 8’s most recent signees to his label This Never Happened, Paraleven, is back with his second EP on the label. The American progressive producer is carving a lucrative and lucid future for himself in the electronic space, with his potential in full ear view throughout his latest release.
Soloma is melody-driven house music at its best, as quarter-note riffs ebb and flow between the vastness of the composition’s crests and valleys. Closing track “Hide” (featuring some production chops from the Mont Blvck duo) stands out in particular; the track’s energy swims and swells towards a synth string drop that serves as the arresting apex of the piece. While Soloma is only three tracks long, it clearly shows Paraleven has been experimenting and developing his sound further since his Ripples / Siphon EP. Fans of deep and progressive house should definitely keep eyes on this incisive up-and-coming producer.
Paraleven will also join Lane 8 on 13 of his 2020 “Brightest Lights” tour stops.
