Porter Robinson Drops Visuals For His Latest Release “Musician”
Porter Robinson, originally from North Carolina, has just dropped the visuals for his latest release “Musician.”
The single has accompanying animated visuals that showcase the story of a boy who chases his passion for music, even at the expense of being alienated from society. The visuals add magical electric energy to the song.
The single is sung by the dance/electronic artist Sarah of Kero Kero Bonito. “Musician,” is the fifth single pulled out from his forthcoming album, “Nurture,” which will be out in April.
In a press release, Robinson states that the recent single was the first song that he wrote for his long-awaited album “Nurture. He adds:
“The song is meant to feel like a celebration like I’m reveling in the joy of newfound inspiration. If the rest of Nurture is about me trying to find hope for the future, ‘Musician’ is like a celebration of that hope materializing. It was one of the last songs that I wrote for the album, and it’s honestly a celebration of the album itself.”
The 28-year-old emerging artist garnered popularity with his full-length studio album, Worlds.
