Red Rocks Amphitheatre to host 5-hour set by Skrillex

Renowned artist Skrillex has exciting news for his fans as he is set to perform at the illustrious Red Rocks Amphitheatre in Colorado next month. The highly anticipated show is scheduled for Saturday, April 29, where Skrillex will showcase his talent by playing an incredible five-hour set starting from 7 p.m. until midnight, local time. This remarkable format replicates his previous show at Madison Square Garden, where he played for five hours alongside co-headliners Fred again.. and Four Tet from 7 p.m. to midnight ET.

Skrillex’s latest show announcement is fresh off the heels of the release of two of his albums, Quest For Fire on February 17 and Don’t Get Too Close, which was a surprise release on February 18. Even though Skrillex has not yet announced a full tour following the album releases, he has opted to perform at prestigious venues such as MSG and Red Rocks, in addition to numerous summer festivals, including Something In The Water, Hangout, Movement, and Elements, along with a series of European events such as Primavera in Barcelona and EXIT in Serbia. His Euro run also includes a performance at Ibiza’s influential techno mecca DC10.

Quest For Fire is currently sitting at No. 11 on the Dance/Electronic albums chart, where it peaked at No. 2 upon its release and is currently in its fifth week on the chart. The album singles, “Rumble” and “RATATATA,” are currently at No. 20 and No. 18 on the chart, respectively. Skrillex also appears on this same chart for “Baby again,” his recently released earworm single with Fred again.. and Four Tet.

It’s a fantastic time to be a Skrillex fan with his music releases, and the upcoming Red Rocks Amphitheatre show is an event that you won’t want to miss. This is a rare opportunity to witness a master at work, so be sure to get your tickets for this incredible five-hour set before they sell out.
