Róisín Murphy, an electropop standout, has introduced her new remix, ‘The House (System Olympia Remix).’ She has also announced her upcoming remix album, ‘Hit Parade Remixes,’ which is set to be released on May 24th, 2024.

The album reinterprets Murphy’s acclaimed ‘Hit Parade,’ with contributions from Moodymann, System Olympia, Hernan Cattaneo, and others, culminating in a liberating disco journey.

‘The House (System Olympia Remix)’ transcends time and space, conjuring a liberating, universal disco dimension. It was inspired by one of Murphy’s performances at Printworks.

“I’ve known System Olympia for a couple of years having reached out directly to her because I fell in love with her music,” shares Róisín. “We have collaborated on coming music for her project, and she put together an incredible DJ mix for my BBC 6music residency and curation. She’s a producer and songwriter of immense class. Her work is deeply funky, and sexy, and cool. She’s Italian, with all the cool stuff that goes along with that. She’s a sister.”

After the global success of ‘Hit Parade,’ a collaboration with DJ Koze that gained worldwide recognition, Murphy is ready to launch her ‘Hit Parade Tour’ in North America on June 7. The tour will hit major cities in the U.S. and Canada and includes a performance at the Bonnaroo Music & Arts Festival. For ticket information and more details, visit here.
