Ship Wrek hit heavy house waves in new single, 'Danger'
The captains of the club are back, steering listeners toward high waves and choppy waters in their infectious new house hit, “Danger.” Eclectic trap-turned-house duo Ship Wrek made a statement at the end of 2018 with their Chainsmokers-supported house debut, “Party.” The Los Angeles sailors then dominated 2019 with an arsenal of phenomenal releases such as “Energy,” “Need It,” and their edit of Dog Blood‘s “Turn Off The Lights” that earned the coveted support of Skrillex himself. Now, gearing up for the release of their debut EP, Ship Wrek have released the third track from the forthcoming project, “Danger.”
Led by the seductive, repetitive vocal phrase, “danger, I miss you,” dedicated listeners will recognize this standout ID from past Ship Wrek mixes for both 1001 Tracklists and Benzi‘s BANGUERS show. The flawless and tantalizing drop perfectly embodies Ship Wrek’s evolving signature house sound. A follow-up to releases “Mirror Mirror” and “Bloodstream,” “Danger” has fans primed and ready, anxiously awaiting for the full EP release coming soon.
