Stream Hot Chip's new dancefloor-directed 'A Bath Full of Ecstasy' album – EDM All Day
London’s electronic crossover quintet, Hot Chip, have released their seventh studio album, the appropriately tagged, A Bath Full of Ecstasy.
The luminous synth-pop production owes much of its quixotic finish to French Touch revolutionary, the recently deceased Cassius producer, Philippe Zdar, whose album, Dreems, also landed today. Ecstasy also employs notable assistance from Rodaidh McDonald, known for his studio work with the likes of The xx, Adele, and Vampire Weekend, to name a few. The cerebral pop icons have packed the new LP with nine original offerings, plus three alternative cuts. A Bath Full of Ecstasy is the group’s first full-length studio release since Why Make Sense of 2015. The new album is out the band’s longtime label housing, Domino Records.
