The Prodigy return to the studio and announce new material

“Brand new Prodigy tunes are gonna roll,” reads a Facebook post made by The Prodigy‘s lead songwriter and producer Liam Howlett.  This is the first mention of new material from the genre-defining rave outfit, known as well for their breakout 90’s sound as they are for their ability to evolve with the times, since the passing of their frontman, Keith Flint, in March of this year. Howlett’s post closes with the hashtags #weliveforever and #cantstoptherock.

The Prodigy released their 7th album, No Tourists in 2018, continuing their untarnished streak of topping the UK albums chart. While no further details of the group’s upcoming plans have been released, just the announcement of their return has left longtime fans satiated.
