‘The Remixes Vol. 1’: EG Records launches new innovative series
Featuring remixes by Nicolas Giordano, Otatti & Rener, and Maze28 with Freedo Mosho.
Electronic Groove Records launches its ‘The Remixes’ series, building on the success of their Revelations cycle. This inaugural volume showcases three innovative remixes, each offering a fresh take on a standout track from EGR’s diverse catalog.
Nicolas Giordano kicks off the collection with a hypnotic remix of BiGz’s ‘Moriah.’ This slow-burning track blends ethereal synths, acid touches, and alluring rhythms into a journey through dub-inspired soundscapes.
Juani Otatti and Sacha Rener push the boundaries of electronic music with their remix of Hypno’s ‘Nyambi.’ Their version skillfully balances light and dark elements, creating a profound underground experience.
Closing the EP, Maze28’s Futura City and Freedo Mosho breathe new life into Partenaire’s ‘VSXV.’ Their remix transforms the original’s eccentricity into a dreamlike electronic odyssey.
‘The Remixes Vol. 1’ honors EGR’s musical legacy with a roster of talented artists. It celebrates both the label’s rich history and its promising future in electronic music.
