Alternative electronic duo The Shops have unveiled their latest single ‘You’re My Favourite Drug,’ offering a preview of their upcoming release ‘Tomorrow Album.’ This new track showcases the duo’s blend of atmospheric electronics and captivating vocals.

Split between the serene landscapes of Gabriola Island, Canada, and the urban pulse of London, The Shops—comprising Mr. & Mrs. Shops—have crafted a distinct sonic identity. Their music weaves together elements of darkwave, trip-hop, and ASMR-influenced indie electronica.

The duo creates cinematic soundscapes by combining brooding rhythms and ethereal synthesizers with hypnotic dual vocals. Their songwriting merges dark-pop elements with modern electronic production, drawing from personal experiences and artistic influences.
