Thundercat shares 'Dragonball Durag' with Flying Lotus and Kamasi Washington

Shortly after his appearance on The Cave with Kenny Beats, Thundercat continues to stay in headlines with another single preceding his upcoming album release. “Dragonball Durag” sees Thundercat doing what he does best, with the bassist playfully singing in an entertaining stream-of-consciousness style over a groovy instrumental.

“Dragonball Durag” features production help from Flying Lotus, Kamasi Washington, and Dennis Hamm. Rap’s favorite goofball Zach Fox also contributed to the work by creating the track’s anime-inspired cover art. Thundercat’s fourth studio album, It Is What It Is is due on April 3.
