Tokyo Machine's 'PLAY' gets massive nine-track remix collection
Sitting inconspicuously behind a full head of silver hair accompanied by animated glasses and a mask lies powerhouse electro-house producer Tokyo Machine. The frequent Monstercat and recent Proximity-associated producer responsible for Rocket League soundtrack hits like “ROCK IT” and “PLAY” has just released a stacked nine-track remix collection for the latter.
Released courtesy of Monstercat, PLAY (The Remixes) hosts an eclectic collection of trap, house, dubstep, and even psytrance-influenced remixes from the likes of Eliminate, Panda Eyes, Chime, James Landino, and more. Standout remixes on the compilation include BEAUZ‘s infectious psytrance take on the original, as well as Chime’s take featuring his signature color bass sound. Each remix offers something different.
