Tomorrowland launches Online DJ & Producing Academy

The platform offers learning resources, interaction with industry experts, practical opportunities, and exposure.

Tomorrowland recently launched the Online Tomorrowland DJ & Producing Academy. Debuted on February 22, 2024, this platform aims to equip both aspiring and experienced DJs and producers with the tools to advance their careers.

The Academy’s online platform offers a comprehensive curriculum for both DJing and music production. Learners can gain vital knowledge from industry veterans and Tomorrowland artists such as Sunnery James & Ryan Marciano, Henri PFR, and Andromedik. The courses cover various aspects of DJing and producing, from the basics to advanced techniques.

Participants also have access to monthly credits for downloading necessary tools, samples, and project files, as well as other learning resources. The platform encourages real-time interaction with notable guests and Tomorrowland artists through livestreams and Q&A sessions.

There are also opportunities for practical application and exposure. DJs can join remix competitions and submit their demos for professional feedback during live streams. By joining the Academy Community, they may be discovered and featured in the monthly ‘Student Spotlight’.

For a more in-depth learning experience, the platform offers Exclusive Masterclasses for an additional fee. These include lessons from renowned DJs and producers like Laidback Luke’s ‘The Future of Creative DJing’, the upcoming ‘The art of creating a live set’ by Agents Of Time, and a masterclass by James Hype.

The online academy, alongside the physical locations in Antwerp and Hasselt, offers music inspiration for all. In the run-up to Tomorrowland Belgium 2024, the Academy will host DJ boot camps for kids and adults at De Schorre festival grounds, offering a week of DJing, production, professional sessions, and networking.

Those interested in the Online Tomorrowland DJ & Producing Academy can subscribe for €15 per month or €165 per year. More information is available on the Tomorrowland Academy website.
