Valentino Khan and Chris Lorenzo craft sultry house heater, 'Flip The Switch'

On Aug. 9, Valentino Khan will reveal his first EP in five years.

The six-track House Party compilation kicked off with the release of “Pony” in May, and since then, the mustached producer has unveiled tracks like “JustYourSoul” with Diplo, “Better” with Wuki and Roxanna, and now a new one: “Flip The Switch” with Chris Lorenzo. This sultry house heater is the final single to be disclosed, just a day before the EP’s full release.

The two prolific house producers waste no time setting the mood for their collaboration, introducing an eerie piano melody before dipping quickly into a hard-hitting bassline and menacing vocals. They build swiftly to the first drop, using a minimalist synth melody to lead into a hefty house rhythm that carries through the remainder of the tune.

House Party arrives in full Aug. 9 Mad Decent.
