Bangalore’s own music producer and DJ, Weird Sounding Dude, has released his latest mix, EG SPOTLIGHT.274. This mix is available for streaming on Soundcloud and Mixcloud via Electronic Groove.

The distinctive session features artists such as Weston & Engine, and Hideo Kobayashi. Drawing inspiration from James Holden and Nathan Flake, Weird Sounding Dude creates mesmerizing soundscapes with surprising turns.

Originally a DJ, he developed into a self-taught producer, rapidly earning recognition on the Beatport charts and support from artists like Tony Mcguinness and John Digweed. His music extends beyond underground circuits, having been released on labels like Anjunadeep and Sudbeat.

Having performed at festivals like Anjunadeep Open Air, he’s shared stages with Ben Bohmer and Jody Wisternoff, reaching audiences in India, Australia, and New Zealand.

Weird Sounding Dude also hosts radio shows ‘Sinetone’ and ‘Orbis’. These shows feature guest mixes across platforms, further solidifying his industry reputation.
