Good Morning Mix: Dive deep into Pixel Terror's ID vault with hour-long all-original mix
Nothing gets electronic music fans out of bed and energized quicker than a healthy dosage of bass in their faces. Fortunately, Monstercat duo Pixel Terror has provided the perfect soundtrack to do just that with “Pixel Terror and Pals X: The All-Original Edition.”
Still riding the heat wave of their quite literally next-level debut Monstercat EP, UPGRADE, Pixel Terror show the true relentlessness of their creative capacity and fierce tenacity by dropping the latest installment of their Pixel Terror & Pals mix series. Typically known for its inclusion of an onslaught of IDs from themselves and their friends, this mix defies all odds by boasting a completely original Pixel Terror soundtrack.
A well-rounded adventure in itself, their latest EP shines rays of diversity from their uptempo four-on-the-floor vocal hit “Enigma,” to their unique dubstep number “Bittersweet.” Pixel Terror & Pals X is no different. The stacked mix contains the same rush of adrenaline, emotion, and more in the nostalgic arcade-inspired hour-long joyride experienced through the ups and downs of 45 original songs—32 of which are unreleased—and 13 collaborations with both emerging artists and arguably some of the most notorious names in the new generation of bass music.
